What a wonderful place for our family reunion! The Lodge is beautiful and so great for a large group. The bedrooms provide privacy and comfort. Everything was clean and in working order.
The wrap-around porch not only provided a hot-tub, swings and a lovely view, but wrought iron tables and chairs for outdoor dining. The huge dining room was amazing and a great place for Karaoke after dinner!! We rented a pontoon boat and were able to tour the beautiful Douglas Lake in three goups over the six hours. Overall, this was a memorable experience for our family. Thank you Mike and Sara Wall, owners, for this great facility!

Sara and Mike are wonderful people. They went above and beyond to help make our day special. The lodge is amazing and very well taken care of. Great place for a wedding, corporate retreat, family reunion, or any other large group gathering. Thank you again Sara and Mike!

Wonderful Cabin and Scenery!
We just returned from taking a rather large group of teenagers and adults on a spiritual weekend retreat/conference. Our lodging was here at The Lodge at Douglas Lake. Let me tell you, what a great decision this was! The price was perfect, the facility was clean, there was tons of free room, kitchen was spacious and fully stocked, the outside area was beautiful and serene, everything worked properly (ie air, hot water, televisions, etc), and there were tons of sleeping choices. One of the owners came by twice to pick up trash, he was very friendly and more than available to help with any needs (to which we dind't have any problems thankfully!). Last year we stayed in a group cabin we rented from VRBO, and to be honest, the pictures lied. They were at the right angles, it made everything look great, and when we arrived, it was very disappointing...BUT NOT HERE! The pictures really don't do it justice, you will have to trust me on this one! Our students weren't bored, they weren't on their phones the whole time because they were enjoying the cabin and the outdoors way too much! The kitchen made meal time a breeze (try feeding 40 teens in less than five minutes...that's a miracle on it's own!). The layout and floor plans available on the website are true to size. We took a 56 passenger charter bus to this location, and it was a tight squeeze to get in, so if you plan on chartering larger buses, make sure the driver has experience in tight quarters and mountain terrain. It's not awful, but you may want some experience in that area. With that said, we got in and out ok, no incidents, no problems. I would recommend this cabin for sure. If we come back to Pigeon Forge again, this place will definitely be at the top of our list!

I am so glad your group enjoyed the lodge. We love the beautiful setting too and are happy to see young people out enjoying nature instead of sitting inside on their phones. I know it was a long drive for you, but I hooe you all will be able to return again.
